The Journal

Sciences Eaux & Territoires (SET) is an open-access digital transfer journal Published by INRAE. The objective of the journal is to provide clear and readable information of high scientific and technical quality that can feed the process of action and / or decision of various public and private stakeholders in the field of rural development and the environment.

The journal is designed as a tool for decision-making and support for action in the field by disseminating structured information on action methodologies, summaries of technical or technological innovations and the latest advances in research finalized in an interdisciplinary perspective, in the fields covered by INRAE and its partners.

The target readership is a public of engineers, managers and executives from the technical services of local authorities, decentralized government services, technical institutes, technical and higher education establishments and companies working alongside them. More generally, this review is aimed at all actors and practitioners involved in the management of rural and peri-urban areas, whether public or private.

Reviewed and validated by an editorial committee composed of experts (scientific and operational), the articles of the journal are published in free access on a dedicated website : https://revue-set.fr/

No cost is required from authors for the publication of texts in free access neither at the time of submission nor after the validation process has been carried out. Supported by DipSO, the journal is entirely supported by INRAE through public funding.
