Évaluation de la fourniture de services écosystémiques dans des systèmes bananiers innovants conduits en agriculture biologique

Abstract : For more than a decade, although conventional dessert banana cropping systems in the French West Indies have been engaged in an agroecological transition based on the reduction of the use of phytosanitary products, the cultivation of organic banana systems has not been well mastered. Our study, based on an experimental set-up in Martinique, aims at establishing a multi-service evaluation of two organic systems - one intensive and one agroforestry - compared to a conventional system. The study focuses on the benefits, called ecosystem services (ES), provided by the biodiversity present in these systems.
