Welcome to the PROSE unit Environmental biOtechnology PRoceSses HAL collection
The PROSE unit is conducting research on environmental biotechnologies, through scales spanning from the microbial community up to the whole process (wastewater treatment plants, anaerobic digesters, bioelectrochemical processes for biorefinery, …), addressing key societal issues of sustainable development, circular economy and bioeconomy. Affiliated with TRANSFORM and MICA divisions, our unit performs a transdisciplinary approach based on microbial ecology, biogeochemistry, process engineering, physical measurement as well as modelling.
