Environnement des poissons migrateurs dans les modèles individus-centrés

Abstract : Our preceding attempts of individual-based modeling within the framework of the study of the estuarine migration of glass-eel showed the importance of the choices of modeling of the environment. Two types of localization and thus of displacement were tested. Contrary to the discretized localization, the continue localization makes it possible to highlight aggregates of animals. The latter also makes it possible to make independent the variability of time of crossing and the step of discretization space of the estuary. The outline of an application on the displacement of eels in marsh is also presented and the possibility of new projects leads to interroger on the feasibility of a generator of virtual hydrosystem.
