            <abstract xml:lang="en">
              <p>This article explains our work concerning the traceability of meat products. Indeed, we have to detect on fresh ham, the position of the carcass identifier thanks to color segmentation. The final goal of this application is to move the camera in front of the identifier in order to ensure its correct reading. We propose two different color segmentation methods that both detect the identifier. One color component, which is a linear combination of the hue and saturation, is used. The first technique segments the image thanks to a multi-thresholding approach. The second one carry out first a spatio-colorimetric classification based on the analysis of connexity degrees, then a segmentation by textural criterion. To finish, a qualitative and quantitative comparison of the two techniques justifies the joint use of spatio-colorimetric and textural attributes to achieve our application.</p>

            <abstract xml:lang="fr">
              <p>Cet article expose notre travail relatif à la traçabilité des produits carnés. Il s'agit en effet de détecter sur des jambons frais l'emplacement de l'identifiant associé à la carcasse, à l'aide de la segmentation couleur. L'objectif final de l'application consiste à effectuer un déplacement de la caméra en face de cet identifiant de manière à en assurer la lecture dans les meilleures conditions. Nous proposons deux méthodes différentes de segmentation couleur permettant toutes les deux la détection de l'identifiant. Elles utilisent une représentation de la couleur sur une seule composante, combinaison linéaire de la teinte et de la saturation. La première technique permet de segmenter l'identifiant à l'aide d'un multiseuillage. La seconde effectue dans un premier temps une classification spatio-colorimétrique basée sur l'analyse des degrés de connexité, et opère ensuite une segmentation par critère de texture. Pour finir, une comparaison qualitative et quantitative des deux techniques permet de justifier l'utilisation conjointe d'attributs spatio-colorimétriques et texturaux dans le cadre de notre application.</p>
