The framework directive, intended to have a strategic constructive role in water policy, proposes ambitious objectives to conserve and restore the state of surface water. The aim of the present study is to, in one hand, evaluate concentrations and fluxes of pesticides in a small stream draining an agricultural watershed located in the Beaujolais area and, in other hand to determine a sampling strategy adapted to the application of the framework directive. An estimation of pesticide fluxes passing through the river during flood events and during ponctual monitoring shows that a flood can mobilise much as pesticides as one month in baseflow, highlightened the consequence of the choice of an adapted sampling strategy for the application of the framework directive.
La directive cadre sur l'eau (2000/60/CE) implique une identification des causes et la mise en ½uvre d'actions correctives afin d'atteindre un bon état chimique et écologique en 2015. L'objectif de cette étude vise d'une part à évaluer les concentrations et les flux en pesticides transitant dans un cours d'eau de bassin versant viticole du Beaujolais, et d'autre part à préciser une stratégie d'échantillonnage adaptée à l'application de la DCE. L'estimation des flux de pesticides lors des crues et des suivis ponctuels en niveau de base révèle qu'une crue peut mobiliser autant de pesticides qu'un mois en période hors crue, pointant du doigt l'importance du choix de la stratégie d'échantillonnage lors de l'application de la DCE.
