            <abstract xml:lang="fr">
              <p>Les concentrations de 5 hormones estrogéniques naturelles et de synthèse et de 10 bêtabloquants ont été déterminées en différents points de prélèvements de 10 stations d'épuration de type boue activée en France. Pour les hormones estrogéniques, l'abattement dans la phase dissoute est généralement supérieur à 70% quelle que soit la molécule. Concernant les bêtabloquants, l'abattement est variable et dépend de la molécule : il est par exemple systématiquement supérieur à 70% pour le nadolol, alors qu'il dépasse rarement 50% pour le propranolol et le sotalol. Concernant les traitements tertiaire étudiés (décanteur rapide, lagune, biofiltre nitrifiant), les premiers résultats montrent une efficacité du biofiltre nitrifiant pour les estrogènes alors que pour les bêtabloquants l'efficacité de ces traitements n'est pas avérée.</p>
