La fin des quotas laitiers, entre craintes et espoirs

Abstract : The end of milk quotas is an important step in the adaptation of the CAP. In France, more than in other EU Member States, the abandonment of milk quotas raises some doubts. They concern the pace of restructuring of holdings, changes in the price of milk, the geographical location of supply and competitive pressures between territories. For some milk producers, it should permit development of holdings after a long period when the growths were made difficult.
