Monilioses du pêcher, déterminer les espèces et évaluer leur répartition : une méthode pour différencier les trois espèces d'agents de monilioses sur pêches dès le verger

Abstract : A synoptic key for differentiation of brown rot in orchard has been developed to allow producers and agricultural technicians to identify the species present in their field. This method is based on three morphological characters of pustules: color, size and arrangement of the fruit. These three criteria were used to identify species without error. Using this method, the distribution of the three species of brown rot was calculated in 2008 and 2009 on several varieties of peach in the field of Gotheron (INRA Domain). It seems that the climate within fifteen days before the crop is crucial for the development of the species M. fructicola, which is a quarantine organism. The wet and cool climate promoting this species, when dry and warmer conditions allow the development of the species M. laxa
