Attributs extrinsèques dans le choix de vins rouges de Bourgogne Influence de l’implication et du niveau de connaissance

Abstract : The aim of this study is to define the relevant extrinsic attributes in the selection of red wines and to assess whether the levels of knowledge and involvement have influence on these criteria. The study was conducted among 415 consumers of red wine in two different French regions. Four classes of consumers have been identified. The results indicate that levels of involvement or knowledge do not predict belonging to one or another class based on the choice of extrinsic attributes. Moreover, city of residence has an influence on the extrinsic criteria when choosing a wine.
