Valoriser les systèmes d’élevage herbagers par la diversité des services rendus par les prairies à l’échelle de petits territoires en zone fromagère AOP

Abstract : The concept of ecosystem service valorizes the services provided by agricultural activities, and provides a bridge between ecosystems (who produce) and the society (who benefits). To increase its appropriation by stakeholders and thus allow better use of grassland livestock systems, we developed, as part of the ATOUS project, an approach based on surveys and collective expertise, enabling the quantification and representation of these services at the territory scale. We present examples of mediation supports obtained in a territory in the Massif Central Saint-Nectaire PDO area.
