Lyapunov function for irreversible linear metabolic pathways with allosteric and genetic regulation
Résumé
A challenge of great interest in systems biology consists in predicting the behavior of bacteria in response to environmental changes. In this context, the present work analyzes the global stability of more realistic models for bacterial linear metabolic pathways integrating allosteric and genetic regulation. Indeed, we use the composite-system method for analyzing stability of large-scale dynamical systems to build a Lyapunov function for a specific class of bacterial irreversible linear metabolic pathways.
