, Une stratégie alternative serait d'augmenter le prix actuel des semences de maïs Bt par une taxe de telle sorte que ce surcoût incite -dans le cas de fortes infestations de pyrale -ou réfrènedans le cas de faibles infestations par ce ravageur -la mise en place -ou non -de ces maïs, Nous avons dans un deuxième temps développé un modèle d'évolution de la résistance au maïs Bt afin de comparer deux stratégies de mise en place des zones refuges
, Pour apporter un éclairage supplémentaire sur cette question, nous développons actuellement une version analytique simplifiée de ce modèle de simulation pour examiner de manière formelle comment l'hétérogénéité des attaques de bioagresseurs et la mobilité des bioagresseurs entre exploitations affectent le classement des deux instruments, Cette approche présente les avantages et les limites habituels des modèles de simulation : calibrage soigneux pour représenter un cas réel, versus manque de généralité dans les mécanismes
, Ensuite, le cadre pourrait être étendu pour prendre en compte la possibilité d'erreurs d'appréciation sur les caractéristiques des populations de pyrale (telles que leur taille). L'objectif serait alors d'étudier comment adapter la réglementation étant données ces erreurs d'estimation et d'estimer l'intérêt de mettre en place un dispositif de biovigilance si celui-ci permet de diminuer les erreurs d'estimation. Enfin, il serait intéressant d'étudier l'effet de l'introduction d'une nouvelle technique de lutte contre la pyrale. Ceci revient à faire varier l'horizon de temps envisagé pour le calcul du profit cumulé. Ensuite, différents scénarios peuvent être envisagés selon la probabilité que les pyrales résistantes aux toxines de Bt soient également résistantes à cette nouvelle technique de lutte, L'analyse des stratégies économiques pourrait être développée dans plusieurs directions. Tout d'abord, les effets d'autres instruments de régulation que la taxe et le refuge pourraient être étudiés
Une des conditions nécessaires à l'efficacité de la stratégie HDR, souvent supposée dans les modèles mais rarement vérifiée dans la pratique, est que la dose de toxine produite par les plantes transgéniques est suffisamment élevée pour que les génotypes hétérozygotes soient tués. Or, la dose de toxine produite par les plantes varie au cours du temps : elle est plus forte en début de saison végétative lors des fortes synthèses protéiques nécessaires à la croissance. La dose de toxine produite peut également varier dans l'espace. Les variations spatiales peuvent aller de l'échelle des différents organes de la plante (expression de la toxine tissu-dépendante) à l'échelle de la région cultivée (utilisation de différents cultivars transgéniques). L'objectif serait d, dans la plupart des modèles d'évolution de la résistance des insectes phytophages aux toxines de Bt, les différents génotypes ont une survie fixée, déterminée par le type de plantes sur laquelle ils se trouvent ,
