Actualités des méthodes d'analyses sans a priori pour l'étude des émergences

Abstract : Molecular fingerprints allow overview of microbial communities. These ‘without a priori’ techniques transform microbial community into a landscape. New microorganisms can be detected from this landscape. The potential of this approach is wide in term of emergence detection. It will be possible to detect emerging pathogens instate of and before corresponding diseases. However, it is just the beginning and the feasibility and database collection must be tested and carried out.
