La régionalisation de la politique agricole et le bilan de santé de la PAC. Diagnostic sur les aides directes du premier pilier de la PAC dans les régions françaises et simulations de plusieurs scénarios d’évolution de leur mode d’allocation

Abstract : The european decisions concerning the health check of the Common agricultural policy (CAP) offer some leeway to member states. In this context, the Association of French Regions (ARF) has searched, with the support of INRA, to study various scenarios of the evolution of the CAP. These scenarios suggest to use a stronger regionalization of CAP. The budgetary reallocations between regions are considered taking into account several criteria proposed by ARF: agricultural employment, agricultural area and the importance of LFA. The simulations are performed with the Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN) to assess the impacts of proposed policy changes on income from different categories of farms.
