Agriculture de précision et transition agroécologique des exploitations : regards croisés des acteurs du monde agricole

Abstract : The agro-ecological transition in France is strongly encouraged by a governmental will. Not always easy to implement for farmers, it would seem that the possibilities offered by precision technologies can respond to some of the problems encountered. The objectives of this work are to assess the place of precision farming in the agro-ecological transition of ruminant and crops. An analysis of scientific bibliometrics and the professional press, and surveys of 36 actors involved in the deployment of precision technologies were carried out. These surveys highlight the stakeholders' views on the compatibility and relationship between the two themes and the adaptation of precision technologies to farms in agro-ecological transition. The results show that few articles make the link between the two approaches. Moreover, the analysis of the surveys reveals contrasting points of view and a lack of strong convergence on the different themes. Precision technologies can be at the service of the fundamentals of agroecology but they are not always adapted to the constraints of farms in agro-ecological transition. In a context where the development of technologies will be promoted through the 2020 Productive Pact, it is essential to support all stakeholders involved, at the risk of designing tools that are not used by farmers or do not meet their needs.
