La rigueur terminologique pour les concepts de la chimie : une base pour des choix de société rationnels

Abstract : Food-related decisions that engage communities are often based on chemical concepts. Therefore, the utmost terminological rigour is required. This article considers frequent examples of confusion, and concludes with a call for the introduction of chemistry lessons as early as primary school.
