Abstract

Genomics is a fast-moving field, where technological innovation is constant. This presentation will show an example of a partnership project, SeqOccIn (carried out by two core facilities (GeT-PlaGe and Genotoul Bioinfo) and supported by 4 partner research teams and 25 private partners), and some of the results obtained in this project using the latest sequencing innovations.
