Analyse des indicateurs AIDB+ multipathogènes et NDVI de vigueur pour évaluer l'impact des maladies du bois sur le rendement de la vigne dans deux régions Cognac et Bordeaux
Abstract
French viticulture has been facing an estimated production decline of 5%, in average, per year for
several years called "decline" (for "dépérissement"). This scourge is defined in relation to a multiyear decrease in grapevine productivity and/or premature, sudden or progressive death of the vine
stock due to many causal factors that are still poorly understood. This decline is the subject of indepth studies at UMR SAVE, in particular the TraDéVi project (PNDV), aiming at analyzing this
decrease in yield, partly due to biotic causes, including the major cryptogamic diseases and
grapevine pests. The Grape Trunk Diseases (GTDs : Esca, Eutypiosis), first concerned, can lead to
the death of the vine stocks, but are also monitored downy mildew, powdery mildew, grape berry
moth, black rot and grey mould rot, which impact quality and yield. New indicators have been tested
in order to better quantify this impact on yield, and to better establish relationships between multipathogens pressure, vegetative vigor and yield achievement (AIDB+, NDVI, YAR indicators, resp.).
These indicators were analyzed on the basis of 2019 data in two regions, Cognac and Bordeaux.
The two main indicators being of main interest and highlighted are (1) the AIDB+ multi-pathogens
indicator and (2) the NDVIpass3-1 indicator relating to vigor loss due to dieback. A major result is to
show that these indicators allowed us to quantify significantly the impact and harmfulness of GTDs
on the grapevine and particularly on the yield achievement rate (YAR
