What is behind the T of TFP (Territory Food Projects)? An analysis based on three neoaquitain projects
Que se cache-t-il derrière le T des PAT (Projets Alimentaires Territoriaux) ? Une analyse à partir de trois projets néoaquitains

In 2014, the Ministry of Agriculture, Agrifood and Forestry has included in the law on the future of agriculture, food and forestry (LOAAF), the Territorial Food Projects (TFP). The aim of the article is to question the territorial dimension of the TFP. To which territory does the Territorial Food Project refer? From the observation of 3 trajectories of Territorial Food Projects in New-Aquitaine, initiatives initially carried out by a metropolis, a “pays” (community association territory) and a citizen collective, the authors show weather the T of the TFP which most often corresponds to institutional limits (thus existing and recognized by the actors), it is not fixed for all that. The interaction between territory and food governance, which varies according to local situations, leads to giving different meanings to the T of the TFP.
En 2014, le ministère de l’Agriculture, de l’Agroalimentaire et de la Forêt a inscrit dans la loi d’avenir de l’agriculture, de l’alimentation et de la forêt (LOAAF) les projets alimentaires territoriaux (PAT). L’objectif de l’article est de questionner la dimension territoriale des PAT. À quel territoire le PAT fait-il référence ? À partir de l’observation de trois projets alimentaires territoriaux de Nouvelle-Aquitaine, portés initialement par une métropole, un pays et un collectif citoyen, les auteurs montrent que si le T des PAT correspond le plus souvent à des limites institutionnelles (donc existantes et reconnues par les acteurs), il n’est pas figé pour autant. L’interaction entre territoire et gouvernance alimentaires, différente suivant les situations locales, conduit à donner des sens différenciés au T des PAT.
