Géométrie 3D des lits de rivière par stéréophotogrammétrie à travers l'eau

Abstract : (trad auto)In the most common approaches, the description of the state and functioning of a hydrosystem such as the river is carried out by measuring physical variables or by relating variables of interest to quantifiable physical parameters characterizing the environment (hydraulic models, hydrobiological models). The objective of this work is therefore to propose an answer to the question of measuring the geometry of the river by remote sensing. We first describe the particular context of the river mentioned above and then carry out a state of the art study highlighting a gap for the restitution of the relief immersed by stereo through the water with light means. A complete method of image acquisition and processing is then proposed to estimate the submerged river relief. The work carried out is based on the implementation of light technological means allowing a great flexibility for data acquisition. We are based on stereorestitution methods of relief, for which we propose an adaptation to the specific context of photogrammetry through water. Finally, methods are implemented to correct raw measurements by integrating a priori constraints (hydraulic coherence; spatial coherence) for the correction of the refractive effect. The application of the method developed under operational conditions on a shallow river with a cobble bottom shows that submerged relief measurement by stereophotogrammetry is possible, and allows a representation of the bed topography of a quality compatible with hydrobiological models (habitat-fish models). The conditions for the application of a method for measuring the geometry of the river by remote sensing, original and complementary to existing technologies, were developed, tested, validated and determined"
