Validation des hypothèses comportementales utilisées dans la quantification du flux de civelles d'anguille (Anguilla anguilla) sur l'Isle : rapport final

Abstract : 14 samplings of glass eels (Anguilla anguilla) were performed in the Isle River, a tributary of the Dordogne River during migration seasons 2004-2005, 2005-2006 and 2006-2007. The results show that glass eels do not migrate only during night floods but that 30 % of upstream migrants move during day floods. Some glass eels are also found during nocturnal ebbs and in less extend during diurnal ebbs. Generalized additive models lead to calculate the flux (in numbers of individuals) pattern for a nychtemero-tidal cycle.
