Choix de consommation alimentaire, quel impact sur l'effet de serre ?

Abstract : The variéty of actors and processes that come inti play during the entire product life cycle makes it difficult to calculate the impact of food choises on the greenhouse effet. Transformation processes, geographical origin, storage possibilities, and non to forget home cooking and shopping of households - advantages gained at one stage can be offset by disadvantages at another. Not one but all aspects are important for a lower climate impact from food systems.
