Utilisation d'une plate-forme de modélisation environnementale pour représenter le rôle d'aménagements hydro-agricoles sur les flux d'eau et de pesticides. Application au bassin versant de la Fontaine du Theil (Ille et Vilaine)

Abstract : The present work aims at developing a modelling tool for understanding water and pesticide circulation at the scale of small rural catchments and the influence of agricultural/landscape management practices such as subsurface drainage, ditches, hedgerows or grassed strips on water quality. We therefore designed a distributed hydrological model as a collection of interconnected field-scale modules, using a modelling framework called LIQUID. Two landscape management local scale modules were implemented within LIQUID and tested~: one for agricultural subsurface drainage, and one for hedgerows. These modules were then coupled through LIQUID with already existing modules to obtain a partial catchment-scale model, which was applied to the case study of the Fontaine du Theil experimental catchment. The results, though preliminary, are encouraging : the spatial coupling behaves as expected and allows first qualitative interpretations, showing that the modelling choices were appropriate. Particularly, the use of the LIQUID modelling framework appears relevant.
