Application de l'Indice Biologique Diatomées (IBD) à 22 stations du Réseau National de Bassin Adour-Garonne, Région Aquitaine : campagnes 1996-1997-1998

Abstract : The objective of this study was to familiarize ourselves with diatoms taxonomy and its application to water quality diagnosis. Another objective was to examine the possibilities of linking floricultural classification and physico-chemical characteristics of the water; by means of using appropriate analysis and according to the results obtained to improve in the quality of water at the same time. The results are a test for Agencies who plan to continue this study and eventually to apply it to reveal and determine measurement points.
