Reliability as one of the criteria for water mains rehabilitation planning
Résumé
This paper present results obtained about hydraulic reliability models in CARE-W project and the way to use them in the frame of water network rehabilitation policy. These models aim to assess hydraulic reliability indices at different levels : the pipe; the node, geographical zone or global network. They has been applied on a part of Trondheim network (Norway). The different results are presented and some divergences between the models are shown. Finally the authors propose some methods to use these models either for annual rehabilitation program or for long-term rehabilitation strategy.
