Information systems technologies for sustainable management: a global approach

Résumé

The agricultural enterprise has in addition of its production activity, a preoccupation of natural resources and biodiversity preserving and a preoccupation of landscapes maintenance. These preoccupations mean a recording of agricultural practices for different purposes: statuary purposes, contractual purposes with commercial character, contractual purposes with social character, technical and technico-economic management purposes. The information management involves different research topics: firstly, acquiring, collecting and storing data is needed; secondly, the data sources have to cooperate in order to allow data querying; finally, a global approach must be considered so that the robustness of the systems can be increased. The goal of the works described in the paper is to propose solutions in these three fields in order to take into account each part of the information system development.
