Land cover change in Europe from 1950'ies to 2000 presents part of the work carried out under the framework of the European project "Linking Pan-European Land Cover Change to Pressures on Biodiversity" (BIOPRESS). This book captures the changes in land cover which have been observed from aerial photography between the 1950'ies, 1990'ies and 2000 in 59 exemples distributed across 7 European countries and 5 bio-geographical zones.
