Stir bar sorptive extraction coupled with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of pesticides in water samples: validation and comparison with solid phase extraction

Utilisation de la SBSE couplée à la LCMSMS pour le dosage de pesticides dans les eaux : validation et comparaison avec la technique SPE

Résumé

Stir bar sorptive extraction followed by liquid desorption and high performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometric detection (SBSE-LD-LC-MS/MS) has been developed and validated for the determination of thirteen pesticides or metabolites in water samples. Quantification limits were ranged from 2 to 42 ng/L. Comparison with classical solid phase extraction technique was performed on natural water samples collected in a small agricultural watershed and showed a good conformity between the results.
