Quelle territorialisation de l'action publique pour améliorer la qualité de l'eau ? Exemple des MAE réduction de pesticides dans le Sud-Ouest de la France

Abstract : Since 2007, French agri-environnental measures are territorialized to contribute for the implementation of the Water Framework Directive. This work studies the link between this scheme and their relevant territories, in order to analyse the dynamics of their implementations. We focus on a comparative analysis of 30 agri-environnental projects developed on three areas of French South-west (6 in Aquitaine, 8 in the Midday-Pyrenees and 16 in Poitou-Charentes). Results show that the territorialisation builds itself in a different way according to regions, arousing dynamics of contractualization still low, the emergence of new actors and the appearance of territorial disparities.
