Résumé
In the framework of the European research program Wiser, some fish data were collected in four transitional waters by members of the Workpackage 4.4 (WP4.4). Sampling sites, sampling gears and data obtained from the samplings are presented. The number of replicates appears to be low and several important sources of variability were identified. Considering this the Wiser dataset stricto senso does not appear as suitable for the uncertainty analyses to be lead within Wiser. Some issues about fish metrics for the uncertainty analyses and level of assessment are also discussed. Finally, the possibility of using an extended dataset for the analyses is discussed.
