Bibliothèques numériques et crowdsourcing : une synthèse de la littérature académique et professionnelle internationale sur le sujet

Abstract : This paper is a summary of a PhD in information and communication sciences, begun in 2012, on crowdsourcing applied to digitization of cultural heritage and digital libraries. A state of the art on 120 publications from academic and professional literature is proposed. In a first theoretical part, definition, taxonomy, philosophy and criticism of crowdsourcing are introduced. In a second part, project management, communication, motivations of contributors, specific initiatives, gamification and crowdfunding are presented.
