Diversité des formes d’action collective volontaire pour la protection de la qualité de l’eau

Abstract : The PACS-AAC project (Agricultural Pressure and Socioeconomic Coordination on Food and Catchment Areas) includes a study of the organizational obstacles and levers of collective actions for the management of water pollution. This document is a state of progress of this study retracing the work carried out in 2016. Via an abductive approach combining a bibliographic research and sociological surveys, a characterization of the diversity of voluntary collective actions is carried out. This characterization of the diversity of collective actions around water management is done through the identification of distinction items and of model-type fields (cases) that could be studied in the rest of the research program. The identification of this diversity of voluntary collective approaches in the territories can also help other future studies in the construction of sampling and in the choice of the fields. This characterization of the diversity of collective approaches can also allow a certain reflexivity for water managers and a better consideration of the local organizational context.
