Les réseaux d’apprentissage comme facilitateur de l’intégration territoriale : à la recherche des conditions de construction de réseaux territoriaux en aquaculture

Abstract : This article questions the territorial registration of aquaculture in relation to the roles of social networks and territorial governance arrangements. It is based on research on the co-construction of sustainable development indicators in a double bind: the sustainability of farms and also the contribution of aquaculture to sustainable territories where it operates. The implementation of sustainable development, seen as a new repository, requires new learning and new tools and devices. The comparison of a wide variety of aquaculture systems demonstrates the importance of institutional sustainability factors. Registration territorial aquaculture appears to be strongly dependent on the interaction between the nature of control devices and the ability of professionals to register. This inscription, and it is found also in the case of agriculture, leads to an overhaul of the strategy of organizations.
