Mieux connaître les couples plante/bioagresseur pour une performance écologique et économique des systèmes légumiers

Abstract : Damage caused by pests and diseases on vegetables crops can lead to high economic losses. This is why with current changes to control strategies and a reduction in the use of plant protection products in Europe, knowledge on pests and diseases (host plants, geographic distribution, potential damage level...) has become as an unavoidable topic of work on air- or soil-borne pests and diseases, within the ‘GIS PIClég’ (Scientific Interest Grouping for Integrated Production of Vegetable Crops). In 2014 and 2015, a survey of all the pests and diseases known in France was carried out, using expert ratings, which were then characterized. In this way, a list of key issues for which further research should be considered was established.
