Résumé
Les modèles sectoriels basés sur la programmation linéaire sont fréquemment développés pour les secteurs de la production agricole et l'industrie de l'alimentation animale. Cette analyse présente l'interaction de deux modèles couvrant chacun de ces secteurs, l'un offrant ce que l'autre demande. Ce modèle multi-marché sert à déterminer l'équilibre des prix et des quantités échangées. L'accent est mis sur le caractère opérationnel du modèle, même si les limites inhérentes à cette approche sont soulignées.
