A good understanding of the apple maturity process enables an optimal management of the crop. The "iodine" test is often used by professionals, and its reading is automatized here by a small image analysis system. The prototype designed and realized by the CEMAGREF enables an optimal monitoring of the starch regression by avoiding any human interpretation.
La connaissance de l'évolution de la maturité des pommes permet une gestion optimale de la récolte. Le test "iode" est communément utilisé par la profession, la lecture est ici automatisée par l'intermédiaire d'un mini-système d'analyse d'image. Le prototype concu et réalisé par le CEMAGREF permet d'obtenir un suivi optimal de la régression de l'amidon en supprimant toutes interprétations humaines.
