Présentation d'un simulateur individus-centre de migration estuarienne de civelles

Abstract : The quantification of the glass-eel (Anguilla anguilla) penetration in the continental waters constitutes today an important ecological, economical and scientific challenge, due to the apparent decline of the eel European continental stock. Our simulator of glass-ell migration in the Gironde estuary is based on a linkage between a space-time discretisation of the estuary's characteristics and the behaviour of use by a glass-eel of the flood tide currents to migrate upstream. The results of the first simulations are not aberrant but still show differences with the fishery survey in the Gironde. The usefulness of this approach is in the possibility to organise the present knowledge in an unique object.
