Study of a pilot of the Stählermatic procedure on the wine producing cellar on the slopes at Visan (84)

Résumé
At the request of the R.M.C. Water Authority, a pilot procedure for the treatment of wine-producing effluent installed on the Visan (84) site was the subject of detailed follow up which lasted 4 months (the period from mid-harvest to the end of clarification). The pilot studied (an industrial prototype) is equipped with the Stählermatic procedure: an aerobic biological treatment equipped with an immersed revolving wheel, thus associating aeration , fixed culture and free culture within the same reactor. The detailed follow up enabled us to obtain certain information on the characteristics of the effluent treated, the performances of the procedure studies and elements and recommendations for the dimensioning of the future installation.
A la demande de l'agence de l'eau R.M.C., un pilote de traitement des effluents vinicoles installé sur le site de Visan (84) a fait l'objet d'un suivi poussé durant 4 mois (période mi-vendanges à la fin des soutirages). Le pilote étudié (prototype industriel) est équipé du procédé Stählermatic : traitement biologique aérobie équipé d'une roue immergée en rotation alliant ainsi aération, culture fixée et culture libre au sein du même réacteur. Le suivi poussé a permis d'obtenir certaines informations sur les caractéristiques des effluents traités, les performances du procédé étudié ainsi que des éléments et recommandations pour le dimensionnement de la future installation.
