Effets des tempêtes sur les coléoptères saproxyliques. Le cas des Eucnemidae dans quelques forêts feuillues d'Ile-de-France

Abstract : While studying the effect of the Lothar storm on saproxylic beetle diversity in lowland deciduous forests of Ile-de-France, we measured a high abundance and a great species richness of Eucnemidae. 780 individuals of 11 species were sampled in 2001. Eucnemid beetles were more abundant in forest controls than in windthrow gaps. As a whole, they did not benefit from the increased volume of dead wood in the short term. Species from the genus Hylis were notably abundant, and some rare species were caught : Hylis simonae Olexa, Isorhipis marmottani Bonvouloir, Isorhipis melasoides Laporte, Eucnemis capucina Ahrens, Dromaeolus barnabita Villa.
