One of the main part of the OTAG European project is to design a prototype of collar for bovine tracking. This cannot be done without the design of an information system devoted to the treatment of the data collected by bovine collars, which is also an important part of the work. As the realization of prototypes of collar is a long work, and collars couldn't be deployed on a sufficiently large scale during the project, it is necessary to realize a data generator which generates a quite realistic set of collected data in order to be able to work on the information system.
