Résumé
This report is related to the Task 2.3 of WP2. It relates a first step of documentation and definition of a theoretical and methodological framework designed to analyze the mitigation trajectories of our two regional case studies. In a second step (deliverable D2.5) we will present the results of the analyses conducted though this framework.
