Agroecological approach and practices implemented in viticulture
Démarche agroécologique et pratiques mises en oeuvre en viticulture
Résumé
This field workshop of the French association of agronomy was organized in a farm of an organic winegrower who is in an agroecological approach in the place of Lapouyade. The presentation by Nawel AOUADI, agronomist in postdoc on this project and Francis MACARY, coordinator of the PhytoCOTE project and of the agronomic axis concerning first the main results from the prospective scenarios of the PhytoCOTE project: • scenario 1: maximum emphasis on reasoned practices, • scenario 2: global agroecological approach with envisaged use of conventional phytosanitary products (excluding CMRs, herbicides and certain insecticides), • scenario 3: global agroecological approach in organic mode. Then presentation by Benoît Vinet, winegrower, of the choice of the agroecological approach and the practices derived from it, relations with research institutes, professionals and nature association.
Cet atelier terrain de l'association française d'agronomie était organisé chez un viticulteur Bio en démarche agroécologique sur la commune de Lapouyade. L' exposé par Nawel AOUADI, agronome en postdoc sur ce projet et Francis MACARY, coordonnateur du projet PhytoCOTE et de l'axe agronomique concernant d'abord les principaux résultats issus des scénarios prospectifs du projet PhytoCOTE : • scénario 1 : accentuation maximale des pratiques raisonnées, • scénario 2 : démarche globale agroécologique avec usage envisagé de produits phytosanitaires conventionnels (hors CMRs, herbicides et certains insecticides), • scénario 3 : démarche globale agroécologique en mode biologique. Puis présentation par Benoît Vinet, viticulteur, du choix de la démarche agroécologique et des pratiques qui en dérivent, des relations avec les Instituts de recherche, professionnels et association nature.
