The dynamics of industrial clusters as an open innovation dynamics. The way this dynamics leads to new business models on one hand and to new frames of territorial governance on the other hand. The evolution of business models and territorial governance within a competitive horticultural cluster in Angers. What are the foundations of a new innovation trajectory in a context of cluster policy ? Why this subject ? Horticultural industry has been concerned by environmental changes, innovation incentives and new regulations. At the local level, Anjou competitive cluster is also concerned by local technological and socio-economic mutations.
