Les signes de qualité : frein ou moteur de l'innovation en agroalimentaire : le cas du Languedoc-Roussillon

Abstract : This analysis, centred on the behaviour of firms, fits in with the continuation of the work realized on the links between quality, innovation and territory. It shows the positive incidence of the implementation of quality process on the innovation behaviour of firms, and the prevailing of the collective aspect of the modes of governance of the quality signs over the companies dynamics of innovation. This dimension seems more important than the possible link of the quality signs with the territory.
