Résumé
The invention concerns a composition in the form of a Pickering emulsion comprising at least one dispersed phase dispersed in at least one continuous phase, and emulsifying particles capable of stabilising the emulsion, the composition being characterised in that the particles are particles of wood. The invention also relates to the use of particles of wood for stabilising a Pickering emulsion or multiple emulsion.
