L’injonction au végétarisme : pourquoi et pour qui ?

For the last ten years, our fellow citizens, in order to protect animals and the planet, have been invited to adopt a vegetarian diet at home as well as in the canteen. This invitation is increasingly taking the form of an injunction, publicized by a group of proselytizing people (actors, sportsmen...). How is vegetarianism a factor in protecting animals and the planet? Is excluding meat from one's diet a political way to support a social ecological project?
Depuis une dizaine d’années, nos concitoyens, pour protéger les animaux et la planète, sont invités à adopter un régime végétarien à la maison comme à la cantine. Cette invitation prend de plus en plus la forme d’une injonction médiatisée par un ensemble de personnes prosélytes (acteurs, sportifs…). En quoi le végétarisme est-il un facteur de protection des animaux et de la planète ? Exclure la viande de son alimentation, est-ce une voie politique propre à soutenir un projet social écologique ?
