Ethnic meat products - France

Résumé

Several meat products in France have been produced for centuries. Today, these products and recipes of dishes are part of the cultural heritage of French gastronomy. However, this heritage is also part of the culinary traditions of French people. The two main traditional ways to use the meat in France are meat dishes braised in sauce/stock and “charcuteries” (delicatessen).
