Inwieweit beeinflussen digitale Informationssysteme (DIS) Organisationen und ihre Mitarbeiter? Der multidisziplinäre Ansatz der Zeitschrift Socio-anthropologie besteht darin, die Destrukturierung und Neuzusammensetzung, die DIS auf die Autonomie von Individuen und Arbeitsgruppen innerhalb von Organisationen auswirken, in allgemeiner Form zu analysieren, und zwar häufig unter Missachtung der beruflichen Demokratie. Alle Funktionen, ob leitend oder operativ, sind heute betroffen, und kein Sektor scheint in der Lage zu sein, sich einer einseitigen Umstrukturierung der Arbeitsteilung zu entziehen, die oft vor anderen sozialen Akteuren verborgen bleibt.
To what extent do digital information systems (DIS) influence organisations and their employees? The multi-disciplinary approach of the journal Socio-anthropologie is to analyse, in a generic way, the destructuring and recompositions that are seeing DIS impact on the autonomy of individuals and work groups within organisations, most often in defiance of professional democracy. All functions, whether managerial or operational, are now affected, and no sector seems able to escape unilateral restructuring of the division of labour, often hidden from other social players.
Dans quelle mesure les systèmes d’information numérique (SIN) influencent-ils les organisations et leurs salariés ? L’approche pluridisciplinaire de la revue Socio-anthropologie est de façon générique d’analyser les déstructurations et les recompositions qui voient les SIN impacter l’autonomie des individus et des collectifs de travail au sein des organisations, le plus souvent au mépris de la démocratie professionnelle. Désormais, toutes les fonctions, qu’elles soient managériales ou opérationnelles, sont concernées et aucun secteur ne semble pouvoir échapper à des restructurations unilatérales de la division du travail, souvent masquées aux autres acteurs sociaux.
