End users' perceptions and home practices regarding infant food safety in Europe

Résumé

Online survey among a panel of 3,585 European citizens on perceptions regarding infant food safety and home practices concerning four store-bought infant foods (powdered infant formula, sterilized vegetable mixed with fish, infant cereals, fruit puree). The survey is composed of 38 questions. It was designed using the Limesurvey tool, and launched in February 2023 by the Prolific polling company in 7 European countries, in their native languages: France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain. In this dataset, the questions composing the survey are provided in English in pdf format, while answers to the survey are provided in csv format. This work is part of the Safe Food for Infants in the EU and China (SAFFI) project, which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement N°861917.
